Established in 2019 to support its clients to create or develop market presence, including product or service sales, in the Middle East and Africa and ASEAN region, by capitalizing the extensive regional experience, contacts, cultural and market knowledge its team has gained from a combined 50+ years of healthcare industry experience in these regions. 

The Founders have collaborated with some of the world’s most important healthcare manufacturers and service providers during the last 30 years, building organizations, selling pharmaceuticals, medical devices and medical supplies, and developing healthcare services, regionally and world-wide.

Dr. Malik Larak is a highly experienced healthcare executive with 25+ years of success inspiring teams and overseeing multiple business operations with a focus on sales, marketing, and service, driving company success and client satisfaction with a proven ability to increase revenue and boost profitability.
Malik is adept at coordinating with all levels of employees and clients from multicultural backgrounds, ensuring team engagement and development. With his exceptional organizational planning and insight into legal and regulatory compliance, Malik has handled multi-million-dollar projects/portfolios.
He is fluent in French, German, Arabic, and English.

Moe Zaw

Advisor, Asia Pacific

Mr. Moe Zaw started his career in 1975 at Global Oilfield Services giant Schlumberger (NYSE:SLB)  in management position with international assignments. After 20 years with the company, he left in 1994 to start up an own company establishing business in the opening up of Myanmar economy, incorporated Moe Myinmoe Co. Ltd. in 1995. Holding Distributorships & Representation of MNCs, Joint Ventures in retail, manufacturing & services. Established pharmaceutical distribution business holding Myanmar FDA registration in 2010 for more than 60 products from Germany, Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates. Appointed as Non-Executive Chairman & Director of Soilbuild Myanmar Co. Ltd. a subsidiary of Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. Singapore (SOIL:SGX) in April 2015.
Moe graduated from Yangon Institute of Economics & Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK. Attended Executive Management Programs at Harvard University, Harvard Business School, Princeton & U.C Berkeley Extension.

Gernot Possnien, MBA, CMA

Business Development and Administration

Mr. Gernot Possnien is an experienced healthcare operation and finance professional, who served 20+ years in various management roles in the Middle East region and in Europe.
He currently serves as Operations Director for a chain of dialysis centers in the United Arab Emirates, following 20 years in various operational and finance positions focusing on improving and growing the sales and service network of a global dialysis product and health service company in Europe and the Middle East.
Gernot holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology in Washington, DC, USA, graduated in Business Administration at the University of Frankfurt/Main, Germany, and is a Certified Management Accountant (IMA).
